JOB SUMMARY:
As a SRT Officer, you will serve as the first line of defense-acting as a visible deterrent, responding to emergencies, and proactively mitigating threats before they escalate. This role is dynamic, fast-paced, and requires advanced training, exceptional judgment, and a high level of physical readiness. We're seeking highly observant professionals with strong attention to detail who can work independently, coordinate with partner teams, and execute security strategies that protect people, assets, and infrastructure at the highest levels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to emergency events including medical and non-medical incidents.
- Provide physical security, surveillance, and overwatch of company assets.
- Patrol designated areas on foot or in vehicles, monitor access points, and manage surveillance systems.
- Identify and respond to unusual or suspicious activity.
- Ensure the safety of clients, employees, and their families, creating a secure and welcoming environment.
- Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, or adjacent teams as needed.
- Maintain awareness of local emergency services and critical routes within areas of responsibility.
- Operate discreetly in low-profile, low-footprint scenarios.
- Assist in security assessments, threat analysis, and vulnerability evaluations.
- Attend project or operational meetings to assess security implications.
- Respond to incidents where there are threats or acts of violence against either patrons or employees and detain individuals if necessary, in accordance with applicable laws.
- Work assigned projects for executive leadership as needed.
- Conduct covert surveillance operations.
- Be available for shift work across 24-hour periods, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Perform other job-related duties as requested.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- U.S. work eligibility; no visa sponsorship available.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid U.S. driver's license and U.S. passport.
- Current CPR/First Aid/AED certification (all ages).
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
- Proven experience in handling emergencies and critical incidents.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills across diverse audiences.
- High degree of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
- Capable of working independently and within a team environment.
- Technological proficiency in modern security tools and platforms.
- Availability for travel, including international assignments, if required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Prior military or law enforcement background, with honorable discharge especially:
Protective Services assignments (Air Force OSI, Army CID, Marine Corps CID, Navy NCIS).
Close protection experience for senior government officials or dignitaries.
At least 5 years in law enforcement or security operations.
Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and families, including children.
Strong report writing and documentation skills.
Prior international or domestic travel experience in a security capacity.
