Absolut Care of Three Rivers is seeking a dynamic and motivated Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team in delivering exceptional care with compassion, professionalism, and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all clinical operations and nursing services within the facility.

• Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff to ensure high standards of care and regulatory compliance.

• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to meet resident care goals.

• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company standards.

• Monitor staffing, manage schedules, and support hiring and retention efforts.

• Respond to audits, surveys, and inspections in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license required

• Minimum 2 years of nursing management experience in long-term care or skilled nursing

• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills

• Knowledge of state and federal regulations including DOH, CMS, and OSHA

• Proven ability to lead quality initiatives and ensure clinical excellence
