Job Description

SBM Management is searching for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist.

The Senior Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for the recruitment and job placement activities of organization by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement programs, plans, policies, and procedures for recruitment, testing, selection, and job placement
  • Plan and direct activities of staff in carrying out such functions as developing sources of qualified applicants, screening applicants, scheduling and conducting interviews, administering tests, checking references and background, and evaluating applicant qualifications
  • Interview candidates for open positions
  • Write and maintain job descriptions
  • Develop and maintain internal job posting program
  • Develop and maintain contacts with educational institutions, employment agencies, placement firms, and other sources of applicants
  • Determine Internet online recruiting strategies for attracting and recruiting candidates
  • Develop and manage temporary employee, internship, and volunteer staffing programs
  • Develop and implement new employee orientation program.
  • Develop and manage employee relocation programs
  • Develop and manage on-campus and off-site recruitment programs including job fairs, trade shows, and media presence
  • Manage automated resume and applicant tracking systems
  • Maintain data on recruitment activities, applicant flow, interviews, and hires
  • Prepare and analyze statistical reports and other data to monitor applicant flow, selection, and turnover for compliance with legal regulations and with organization goals and policies
  • Consult with management to prepare staffing budgets, projections, and employment policies, procedures, and practices
  • Manage affirmative action and equal employment opportunity programs
  • Hold exit interviews with terminating employees

Qualification

  • Excellent communication and interviewing skills
  • Computer proficiency including MS Office Suite and the ability to use the Internet to conduct online research
  • Project management and time management skills are essential to this position
  • Eligible for a bonus plan based on successfully meeting mutually agreed upon goals
  • 4-6 years of experience recruiting business development, sales

Available Shift: Full Time

Compensation: Depends on Experience
