Pay range: $24 - $26 hourly + performance based potential (15%)
Offering a $2,000 sign on bonus for an 11/3 start date

What You'll Do:
- Support patients in clinic and over the phone with medication management
- Help grow our specialty pharmacy program
- Ensure patients stay on track with therapy and refills
- Resolve insurance issues and assist with financial support
- Collaborate with care teams and contribute to process improvements

What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of pharmacy tech experience (3-5 preferred)
- State registration required; national certification preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and empathy
- Passion for patient care and teamwork
