What the job is:
CPI is looking for someone who has experience processing accounts payable invoices in a timely manner, can balance end of month vendor statements, has knowledge preparing accounts payable reports and maintains the overall accounts payable files. CPI is a safety minded company thus such policies must be followed. A/P Clerks will also assist employees, vendors, clients and/or customers by answering questions related to accounts, procedures and services.
This position is onsite at the Hastings Corporate Office.
- Some experience and/or education is required.
- Associates Degree or equivalent combination of High School Diploma or General Education Degree and two to three years of related experience.
- Someone who works well both independently or in a team setting.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong business acumen abilities: time management, planning, organizing and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in data entry.
