Position: Appliance Installation Coordinator
Location: Birmingham, AL
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM (plus overtime as needed)

What You'll Do
- Build strong relationships with customers and key accounts.
- Coordinate appliance installations from start to finish.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage scheduling, documentation, and follow-up for installations.
- Serve as the go-to contact for customer questions and concerns.
- Track installation metrics and maintain accurate records.
What You Bring
- Experience in installation coordination (preferred).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Expert-level product and installation knowledge.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A customer-first mindset and a drive to solve problems.

- Pay Range:
- $15.00 - $25.39
- Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
- This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
