Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and motivated Data Entry Customer Service professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the bridge between our customers and our data management systems, ensuring that all information is accurately recorded and customer queries are handled with the utmost professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update customer information in the database.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues and provide solutions effectively and efficiently.
- Ensure all data entries are error-free and meet quality standards.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive customer information.

Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry or customer service roles.
- Excellent typing skills with a minimum of 50 WPM and high accuracy rate.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data management software.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
