Beyond the Curb Landscaping is Hiring a Landscaping Operations Manager!
We are seeking a seasoned landscape maintenance professional with 10+ years of hands-on industry experience to join our team as a Landscaping Operations Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a leader with a strong operational background to take ownership of client satisfaction, field performance, and team development in a fast-growing company.
About Us: Beyond the Curb Landscaping has a goal to provide the best landscape maintenance service in the Atlanta area. Our team installs and maintains landscapes throughout the Atlanta Intown market. If you join our team, you'll utilize your sales skills to support our enhancement teams providing excellent quality workmanship for our residential clients.
We offer a competitive compensation of $100,000 - $105,000 annually based on experience and qualifications, plus the following benefits:

What You Bring to the Role:
- 10+ years of professional experience in landscape maintenance, with a proven track record in operational leadership
- Deep knowledge of horticulture, plant care, irrigation systems, and landscape maintenance best practices
- Experience managing large crews and multiple job sites across residential and/or commercial accounts
- Strong business acumen, including budgeting, scheduling, and contract management
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and industry-related software (e.g., Aspire, LMN, or similar). ServiceAutoPilot experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, client service, and team leadership skills
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day landscape maintenance operations across multiple residential accounts
- Supervise and support field teams, ensuring quality work, safety compliance, and high levels of customer satisfaction
- Oversee scheduling, logistics, and performance management for landscape crews
- Manage budgets, labor hours, equipment utilization, and job cost performance
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building strong relationships and addressing concerns proactively
- Support sales team with scoping and estimating new maintenance contracts
- Conduct site audits, quality inspections, and crew training to uphold company standards
- Drive continuous improvement in efficiency, safety, and service delivery
- Other leadership and operational duties as assigned
