As a Program Manager 1 – Prosthesis, you will play a vital role in ensuring our stores remain compliant, efficient, and customer-focused. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to support the day-to-day and strategic operations of our prosthesis program.
A Day in the Life
- Partner with the Privacy team to maintain HIPAA compliance and procedures.
- Collaborate with USMD to resolve billing, customer, and employee issues.
- Coordinate with Accounts Payable to ensure customer checks are mailed internally and respond to billing inquiries.
- Prepare and conduct store audits twice a year to ensure Medicare and BOC compliance.
- Manage Medicare revalidations for each store.
- Process Markview invoices and manage USMD monthly invoices through Coupa.
- Notify insurance carriers of store closures, relocations, and provider changes.
- Maintain quarterly provider updates with Premera and Kaiser.
- Work with Strategic Sourcing on new contracts, terminations, and allowable increases.
- Ensure each store has a certified BOC fitter and maintain accreditation.
- Approve Amoena special orders for fitters.
- Handle customer escalations, including those directed to executive leadership.
- Partner with the Program Manager to support ongoing program needs.
- Support day-to-day prosthesis operations for the remaining 12 store locations.
- Plan for door consolidations and manage active claims (6–12 months).
- Update Privacy and HIPAA policies to reflect online presence.
You Own This If You Have
- Experience in healthcare administration, insurance, or prosthesis services.
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA, Medicare, and BOC compliance requirements.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally.
- Proficiency with systems such as Coupa, Markview, and internal billing platforms.
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for supporting customer care and compliance.
