Responsibilities:

The Manager, Video Investment will help to deliver our clients' business objectives through bespoke and insight rooted video programs. Manager will steward media purchase development and implementation, including ongoing and insightful performance reporting and optimization recommendations to maximize return on investment. They will be tasked to manage up to Associate Director level and supervise the Associates and Senior Associates day-to-day activities making sure that their growth as video media professionals is of utmost importance.

Process Focused

  • Oversee the buying & implementation of Video campaigns, coordinating internal resources, setting best practice(s), and working on planning frameworks
  • Promote and ensure that Video investments are being maximized and benefits are being delivered to our clients
  • Establish timetables for development of Video executions and manages expectations on deliverables
  • Linear Stewardship & digital trafficking experience

Analytical Thinker

  • Create and articulate clear performance metrics and develop associated reports that measure KPI's
  • Analyze historical and current campaign results to optimize learning and ensure continuous improvement
  • Process and analyze competitive media activity in the marketplace

Challenger of the Norm

  • Challenge the norm and seek out innovative approaches to execute media across video partners/platforms
  • Take nothing at face value and push partners to elevate and innovate programs, creating first-to-market experiences
  • Ability to connect programs to drive impact and ensure maximized asset utility
  • Seek out information to remain current on media trends

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of the principles of advertising, marketing, and media
  • Minimum of 4+ years of industry experience
  • Strong experience in linear and digital video buying and campaign maintenance, deep inventory systems knowledge (MediaOcean, Prisma, Innovid Ad Server)
  • Experience in training jr members of team
  • Knowledge of the dynamics of media - how each media element performs alone, how they perform together, and how they are constantly changing
  • Understanding of the skills and functions of the Investment side of the business, as well as the Strategic Business Units' competencies
  • Prioritize and multi-task effectively and formulate solutions
  • Understanding media data sources in terms of what is measured, the method, and information reported
  • Strong written skills
  • Write clearly and concisely and present orally in an articulate and confident manner

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.

Compensation Range

$80,000-$90,000 USD

This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
