Job Description
We're seeking a Warehouse Manager dedicated to help continue growing our company!
As a warehouse manager, you will set the bar for providing leadership and support to our field team. You'll also help us shift into a new inventory software and fully digitize our inventory process.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain a well-organized, clean, safe warehouse
- Build strong relationships with our suppliers to optimize delivery patterns
- Manage the inventory process from request to fulfillment
- Coordinate deliveries to and from the warehouse and job sites.
- Monitor and adjust inventory levels to ensure our field team has the materials they need at the exact moment they need them
- Identify opportunities to adjust our products or improve operations
- Verify counts and prices on shipments.
- Shift all inventory processes off paper and into our software
- Assist in product and material research for technicians.
- Monitor staff performance to ensure that accuracy and safety goals are met.
- Create the link for employees between their individual contributions and our company's success.
Requirements
- Proven track record in plumbing and HVAC warehouse
- Ability to inspire and lead others to attain company goals.
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communications.
- Quick, sound decision-making abilities.
