Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the store
- Manage and lead a team of automotive technicians and service advisors
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of successful store or service manager experience
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the automotive repair industry
- Dedication and commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills
- Strong knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair
- Outstanding communication and relationship building skills
- Natural collaborator, with a desire to mentor others
- Analytical and goal-oriented mindset
- Strong POS and computer aptitude
- Valid driver’s license

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
