Job Description
Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry! We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have 50 labs throughout the country. We are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this opportunity at NDX Keller Dental Lab in St Louis, MO for a Full Time Technical Advisor.
The regular hours for this position are from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:
- Process outgoing calls to customer in a timely manner.
- Facilitate assigned technical area technical calls.
- Coordinate technical training with vendor representatives for the laboratory team members.
- Complete an “administrative quality inspection” on all cases, including checking items on the work ticket, prescription, billing accuracy, and adding personal notes where appropriate.
- Analyze remakes by customer and ensure any issues are resolved.
- Participate in department meetings to share customer feedback.
- Review Final QC data with department manager for resolution.
- Work with sales team members and assist with programs as needed.
- All other duties as assigned.
Skills and Abilities Required:
- Must be able to understand, read, write and speak English.
- Must have computer skills including typing and familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
- Verbally communicate via telephone maintaining a positive and helpful demeanor.
- Verbally communicate with all levels of laboratory team members maintaining a positive demeanor.
- Takes initiative.
- Excellent listening skills.
- Attention to detail.
Minimum Education and Experience Required:
- Required: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Required: Minimum 5 years of experience in a dental environment.
- Preferred: Production experience.
- Preferred: Customer Service experience.
Hazardous Materials or Equipment Used:
- All office equipment.
Physical Requirements:
- Perform tasks at multiple workstations.
- Standing and sitting for extended periods of time.
