Description
1. Provides staff management and training including assisting with recruitment and hiring process; management of employee schedules, timekeeping and FMLA requests; and coordination of staff development.
2. Manages all aspects of designated program including budget planning and expenditures; equipment and supply procurement and management; and direct delivery of programs throughout the state.
3. Develops and maintains relationships with stakeholders to facilitate statewide reach in underserved areas by participating in community activities and meetings and facilitating meeting logistics.
4. Conducts program evaluation, quality improvement and data management.
5. Represents AC by participating in organizational, interdepartmental or national workgroup or initiatives.
6. Performs other duties as assigned.
