About the Team:
The Protective Operations team is charged with securing the company's personnel, property, and operations. From physical site security and access control to rocket transportation and VIP meetings, the team plays a mission-critical role. You'll engage directly with leadership, manage complex operations, and adapt to a constantly evolving landscape. The impact is company-wide, and the work is anything but routine.
About the Role:
- Report to the Head of Security & Security Manager for daily task, and projects.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with corporate security policies and recommend improvements.
- Assist with Overseeing daily Security Officer operational staffing requirements and administrative functions
- Assist with, training, and mentoring security staff, promoting a culture of customer service, professionalism, courtesy, responsiveness, and trust
- Assist with overseeing daily Security Officer operational staffing requirements and administrative functions.
- Monitor and use multiple security hardware platforms to enhance the security posture.
About You:
- 5-10 years of security, law enforcement , and or military experience
- Knowledge of physical security systems, access control, CCTV, and incident response
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Outlook, Word, excel, PowerPoint
Nice to haves but not required:
- Active security clearance
- CA CCW
- Military / Law Enforcement experience
