Technology Strategy Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and support strategies for product development, technology, and operations to drive efficiency and innovation.

• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and business case development to inform strategic decisions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage the product lifecycle and align technology solutions with business goals.

• Lead and support projects using project management frameworks to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.

• Evaluate and optimize technology infrastructure to support scalable and efficient product development.

• Provide strategic consulting support and insights to senior leadership based on operational analysis and market trends.

• Drive operational process improvements across departments to enhance product delivery and performance.

Key Requirements:

• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree (preferred).
• Experience:
• At least 4 years of experience in management consulting, product development, technology strategy, or operations strategy.
• Ability to apply analytical frameworks to solve business challenges.
• Experience working within product development teams, from concept to execution, in both startup and enterprise environments

Additional Information:

In accordance with Washington D.C. pay transparency law, the salary range for this position is $115,000 - $170,000 annually. Healthcare benefits are available and will be discussed prior to the first interview.
