Job Overview:

The Urogynecology & Pelvic Rehabilitation Physical Therapist will test and evaluate the patients and plans and administers physical therapy treatment using various exercise techniques and therapeutic procedures in accordance with the physician referral. Communicates and collaborates with the Urogynecology & Pelvic Rehabilitation medical director, physician leadership, and nurse practitioner in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating pelvic health services. Collaborates with staff and the marketing team to provide education offerings to the community.

Required: Certifications/Licenses/Education:

  • The Physical Therapist must be a graduate of an accredited curriculum in physical therapy and maintain a current Indiana Physical Therapy License
  • BLS certification required within 6 months of hire.
