About the Job
Hayward Medical Center is looking for an RN to float between Med/Surg, ED, & OB. This position will primarily start and train in Med/Surg and then float from there.
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing direct and indirect patient, resident or tenant care; including assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation and documentation using the nursing process and in accordance with the policies and standards of HMC. This role collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary team members; and delegates patient care appropriately based on licensure and ability.
Requirements
- Associates Degree in Nursing required
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred
- BLS required prior to providing direct patient care.
- ACLS required within 3 months of hire.
- PALS & TNCC within 6 months of hire.
