Job Description
This position requires evening and weekend availability.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Ensure the proper enforcement of venue policies and procedures.
- Be aware of surroundings at all times while actively looking for things or people out of place.
- Monitoring all spaces and performing safety checks of the venue before, during and after events.
- Work with Area Captains on emergency evacuation and response plans.
- Manage large crowds under constantly changing event environments.
- Communicates with outside security vendors and police enforcement during the events.
- Regularly walks through the venue and lobbies.
- Make immediate decisions and communicate with security in emergency situations.
- Provide feedback as necessary.
- Work events as required/assigned.
- Assist with mobility issues as needed.
- Other duties as assigned
Education/Experience Requirements
Obtain "Trained Crowd Manager" training (we will provide) upon hire if not already in possession.

Physical Demand/Work Environment
Standing and walking for long periods. Ability to assist guests with mobility issues that may require lifting up to 100lbs. Mostly climate controlled environment with occasional need to work outdoors as requested or required to ensure safety of guests.
