Job Description
This critical role demands great attention to detail, a strong commitment to quality and safety standards, and the ability to contribute mightily to our advanced machinery division. The ideal candidate will be a virtuoso in electromechanical assembly and have a proactive approach to continuous improvement. With proven experience in electromechanical assembly within a manufacturing setting, a strong grasp of electrical schematics, and proficiency in hand/power tools and testing equipment, this role would suit someone who has both a strong electrical as well as mechanical background.
As a Precision Assembly Technician at Phillips Corporation, you will be responsible for the meticulous assembly and testing of intricate control panels, wiring harnesses, and deployment mechanisms for our hybrid machines, ensuring adherence to the highest quality and safety standards. This includes loading PLCs, interpreting schematics, managing parts inventory, preparing shipment kits, and providing crucial support for field operations. Collaborating with Operations, Engineering, and Applications teams, you will actively contribute to continuous improvement, maintain an organized workspace, and uphold fiscal responsibility, all while fostering a positive team environment and driving towards peak performance and the achievement of our company's vision.
Compensation at Phillips is based on the market and your individual level of contribution. The expected pay range for a qualified person in this role is between $65,000.00 and $85,000.00 annually. If you have a different suggestion, please mention it in your application.
