JM Lexus - Body Shop Door Estimator

As a Body Shop Door Estimator, you'll be the go-to person for assessing vehicle damage and guiding customers through the repair process. Your role involves a keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to diagnosing issues, preparing accurate cost estimates, and ensuring clear communication throughout the repair journey. Responsibilities:

• Inspect vehicles thoroughly to assess structural, body, mechanical, or interior damage using specialized tools and technology. Record findings and identify any hidden damage for comprehensive reporting, which will inform further repair planning.

• Explain the repair process to customers, providing detailed estimates and addressing any questions about service timelines and costs. Ensure customer satisfaction by following up after repairs are completed.

• Communicate with insurance company estimates and factory warranty of repairs and checks for accuracy and comprehensiveness.

• Ensures all accessories for repairs and in stock.

Qualifications:

• Enjoy working in a fast paced environment

• 3-5 years of estimator repair experience.

• Must have excellent communication skills with customers, insurance providers, and team members

• Experience with CCC One is a plus
