Job Description

Shipley Energy is hiring for an exciting position on the Commercial Sales Team. This role is a sales position on the Account Management Team where you will help retain and grow our book of commercial customers.Schedule: Monday - FridayLocation: Hybrid in York, PAStarting at: $50k - $55k plus commissionResponsibility + Expectations:Exceed budgeted gross profit margins for Natural Gas, Propane, Mobile Fueling, and Electricity supplyRetain minimum 85% of existing customers within established marginsEnter new prospects into Salesforce dailyMaintain contact schedule and record into SalesforceCultivate lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyaltyWork collaboratively with sales and operations teams and fosters a culture of continuous process improvementWork with customers to better understand their business needs and goalsWork with internal teams on behalf of clients to ensure the highest level of customer serviceAbility to identify and solve client issues strategicallyExpected Results:Exceed budgeted gross profit margins for Natural Gas, Propane, Mobile Fueling, and Electricity supplyRetain minimum 85% of existing customers within established marginsEnter new prospects into Salesforce dailyMaintain contact schedule and record into SalesforceRequirements:Bachelor's Degree in business administration or equivalent experienceCommitted to the values of initiative, responsibility, caring relationships, integrity, and innovationProficient in computer technology including Word, Excel, and OutlookExcellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skillsStrong math and analytical skillsAble to develop customer proposals, sales, and profit assumptionsValid driver's licenseAccess to a motor vehicle and capacity to travelPrior sales experience preferred
