Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Accounting Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of accounting principles and proficiency in both Excel and QuickBooks to support daily financial operations.
Responsibilities:
- Enter and maintain accurate financial records
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
- Reconcile accounts and prepare basic financial reports
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
- Provide general accounting and administrative support
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of prior accounting or bookkeeping experience
- Recent working experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Schedule & Compensation:
- Part-time position (approximately 20–25 hours per week, flexible scheduling- Monday- Friday)
- This position is expected to work in-office on most days; therefore, you must be able to reliably commute to the office.
