About Us:

The Role:
Keystone Clearwater Solutions is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to oversee general accounting operations. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial records, compliance with regulatory standards, and management of day-to-day accounting activities. The Accounting Manager will supervise a team, support audits, and contribute to the continued development of the company's financial processes and controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the general ledger including month-end and year-end close processes
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial transactions in accordance with GAAP
- Prepare and review financial statements, account reconciliations, and journal entries
- Supervise and develop accounting staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to company standards
- Coordinate with external auditors during audits and ensure audit readiness
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities in collaboration with finance leadership
- Maintain and enforce internal controls and accounting policies
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes as needed
- Partner with operations and other departments to improve financial efficiency and data accuracy
- Assist with ERP implementation or upgrades as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA preferred
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting requirements
- Experience in the energy, construction, or industrial services industries is a plus
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines

Schedule:
Full-Time | Office-Based | Some Travel May Be Required This position is primarily office-based with a typical Monday through Friday schedule. Occasional travel to company field locations or meetings may be required.
