Title: Accounting Manager Location: Houston, TX Position Type: Full Time Compensation Pay Range:$125,000-$165,000 Per Year Job Description: Join our team in a dynamic role based in Houston, TX, where you'll lead a team of accounting professionals. This full-time hybrid position involves coordinating accounting transactions, ensuring financial accuracy, and driving efficiency. You'll utilize generic office software and accounting technologies to support your team and enhance processes. Key Responsibilities Coordinate workforce planning and career development activities for team members. Ensure adherence to financial accounting standards, policies, and procedures. Collaborate to establish and maintain accounting policies in compliance with regulations. Lead complex projects and manage financial analysis and reporting. Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial statements and technical accounting research. Qualifications Bachelor's degree and a minimum of eight years of diverse accounting experience. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred. Proven leadership or supervisory experience. Extensive experience in financial reporting. Strong technical accounting skills.
