Accounting Specialist - Murdock Cdjr

We are looking at expanding our accounting team! As a dealership accounting specialist, you will be responsible for managing our dealership's financial systems and processes. The ideal candidate would have general knowledge in accounting and experience working with a dealership management system. Pay Range $18-22 Per Hour DOE Potential Responsibilities: Assist with general accounting duties as needed Assist with warranty administration Licensing and titling Processing car deal-related transactions Reconciling accounts and schedules Verifying the accuracy of documents Preparing and mailing checks if needed Provide backup to other staff when necessary and assigned by the direct supervisor Scan dealership documentation into electronic record-keeping system Other accounting duties assigned Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year clerical, administarative or accounting experience Previous experience in a automotive dealership preferred.
