About the Role:

As an Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist, you will join our global accounting team of six colleagues. In this role, you will support the daily flow of invoices and payments, ensuring everything is recorded accurately and on time, while contributing to reporting and closing activities for Tobii Dynavox subsidiaries. You will work hands-on with tools such as Medius and Visma ERP, process invoices, payments, and reconciliations and handle customer payments in a timely manner.

Please note: This is a hybrid role, 2-3 days from our Stockholm office in Östermalm). The position has flexible working hours and is offered as a full-time role (40 hours/week) with a 12-month fixed-term contract starting from October 2025 to Aug 2026.

Your main responsibility will include:

1. Accounts Payable:

• Handle incoming invoices in Medius for seven legal entities and oversee approval workflow for a German entity.

• Support month-end closing and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.

• Support the organization with questions related to Medius and invoices.

• Collaborate closely with the purchasing and sourcing departments.

2. Accounts Receivable:

• Ensure accurate and timely handling of accounts receivable across 7 legal entities while supporting month-end closing and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.

• Oversee daily internal invoices, monthly collections, and booking of incoming payments and perform credit checks in line with Tobii Dynavox policy.

• Maintain customer relationships through direct customer contact as needed.

• Facilitate on-time payments and support colleagues with questions related to receivables.

• Collaborate closely with sales and order management teams.

Ideal candidates will bring:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in Accounting.

• 2-4 years' experience in Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable, ideally in an international setting.

• Familiarity with accounting and ERP software such as Visma Business, Microsoft Dynamics, Medius, or Adra is nice to have but not required.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and resolve issues independently.

• Good collaboration skills across teams and clear communication in English. Additional languages are a plus.
