Job Description

Hours of operation are M-F 7:00A - 6:00P and SAT 7:00A - 1:00P.. Closed Sunday.

Basic shift is Monday - Friday 7:00a - 5:00p.
Each week has late-in as well as early-out shifts scheduled.
Saturday coverage is 7:00a - 1:00p and is on a rotating basis and a 3-day weekend the following week.

This position is one of 9 advisors on our team.
We operate three repair shops with 32 hoists and 3 alignment racks.
Typical daily car counts are between 100 - 150 per day at peak staff coverage.
We have an industry leading technician apprentice program in place paired with long term employees in a low turn-over department.

Base pay plan is $50k/yr (bi-monthly).  A bonus plan is in place.  An average yearly wage of $65k-$80k can be expected for this entry-level advisor position.
