Job Description
We are hiring a Commercial Electrical Foreman to manage day-to-day electrical operations in Kansas City, MO, with a minimum of 15 years of experience in a similar role, managing large-scale projects. You'll lead crews of 10-15 electricians and ensure all installations meet NEC and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise 10-15 electricians on local job sites
- Interpret and execute plans, blueprints, and diagrams
- Enforce jobsite safety procedures and compliance
- Coordinate with Superintendents and clients
- Plan schedules, assign tasks, and manage materials
- Provide technical oversight and mentorship
- Troubleshoot and resolve field issues
- Maintain records and document work progress
Requirements
- 15 years of experience in Commercial Electrical Construction
- 5 Years as an electrical Foreman
- NEC knowledge and project execution experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Computer proficiency for documentation and reporting
- Valid electrical certification or license as required
