Job Description
Are you seeking rewarding, practical administrative support experience with a world class science and education firm? The ARA office in Panama City, Fl is seeking a parttime Junior Computer Operator 1 to work supporting our corporate IT staff.
Duties Include but are not limited to:
- Using Microsoft Office software
- Locating, Inventorying, and documenting hardware
- Transcribing serial numbers into inventory database
- Preparing, formatting, and saving created documents
- Conferring with IT personnel
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma with level reading, writing, and analytical skills.
- Basic computer and Microsoft Office Suite experience.
- Must be proficient in MS Word, and Excel
- Must have demonstrated scholastic excellence.
- Shows intense and eager enjoyment and interests
- Works well as a member of a group
- Motivated
- Inspired to perform without outside help
