We are looking for a results-oriented, hands-on, deeply analytical, Senior Director of Advertising Analytics, Yield & Pricing to lead key aspects of our Retail Media business. In this role, you will oversee the development of advanced analytics frameworks, dynamic pricing models, and yield optimization strategies that drive incremental revenue and advertiser performance across our omnichannel advertising ecosystem. You will also define ad testing and experimentation frameworks, testing execution, and will lead reporting and interpretation of testing results as well as make product and business recommendations based on those results.

- Define ad testing experimentation frameworks and processes, define test hypothesis, lead experiment readouts and recommendations to shape the product and the ad business.
- Perform custom scenario analysis to inform ad business decisions
- Build and maintain analytics tools and dashboards to support ad sales, product, and operations teams.
- Define and operationalize top-level KPIs, dashboards, and benchmarks across formats, audiences, products, and platforms.
- Deliver actionable insights that drive revenue, advertiser value, and operational efficiency across sales and media strategy.
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to product, engineering, and sales leadership, representing analytics in executive discussions and roadmap planning.
- Hire, develop and retain a high-performing team supporting advertising measurement, forecasting, pricing, and performance reporting that drives impact
Basic Qualifications
