Position Summary and Qualifications:

Saint Joseph’s University’s Department of Management has need for an instructor of Business Law for in-person teaching in the Fall of 2025

The Department of Management is seeking an instructor of Business Law to teach the course "Legal Environment of Business" in for Fall 2025. This course will be taughtin person on the Hawk Hill campus from August 25th to December 17th 2025 on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 11:00am to 12:15pm eastern time.

This undergraduate course is part of the Haub School of Business core courses, and is taken by students from all majors. Primary topics include: 1) The Court System, 2 )  The Constitution, 3) Property, 5) Contracts and 6) Torts.

Duties and Responsibilities: Teaching of a specified course, Preparation of materials, Providing support and guidance to students, and grading/assessment.Minimum Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Prior experience teaching business law (or related field) in an on-line environment.
