Job Title: Adjunct Teaching- Student Dev- St Dev 100 (Independent Study or Evening)
This position requires the successful candidate to relocate and/or reside in Utah for the duration of their employment.

Position Start Date: December 15, 2025
Required Degree: Master’s Degree in subject area or a closely related field. The required degree must be completed by the start date.
Experience: Highly knowledgeable in the subject area; Experience working with college students, understanding learning strategies, and providing essential college skills for online learning.
Duties/Expectations: This instructor will be responsible for teaching Student Development 100 “Essential College Skills.” This course supports students enrolled in the BYU-BGS program and explores the development of essential college skills for online learning, including understanding learning strategies, maintaining wellness, accessing resources, and connecting with the campus community. Provide timely and constructive feedback on student work. Grading assignments within 7 days. Foster a positive and inclusive online learning environment that encourages student participation. Organized and careful about time management. Proficiency in using technology and learning management systems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. May receive additional assignments/contracts for curriculum development for the same or similar course.
