Job Description
Job Title: Adjunct Teaching- Experience Design and Management- EXDM 223 (Evening School)

Position Start Date: February 26, 2026
Required Degree: Bachelor’s or graduate degree in an experience design-related field. Must have the required degree by the start date.
Experience:
At least 5 years of experience in taking beginner climbers outside in Utah County to top rope climb. Three years of experience as a climbing instructor or teaching assistant in a university's climbing class. Must be able to lead climb, set multiple climbing routes that can be easily supervised by the instructor, and have excellent judgment in potentially risky outdoor settings. Previous university-level teaching in rock climbing classes preferred.
Duties/Expectations:
The hired individual will teach a 2-credit course for the Department of Experience Design and Management titled Rock Climbing. This includes the delivery and management of the course.
