Your Role
As an Administrative Assistant/Deal Manager at Arbor Realty Trust, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. You'll manage administrative tasks, coordinate office logistics, assist with event planning, and support the Deal Management team when needed. This position requires a highly organized, proactive professional who thrives on keeping people and processes running efficiently.
What You'll Do
- Manage daily office operations including scheduling, supplies, and facilities coordination
- Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk - greeting visitors, answering phones, and directing inquiries
- Schedule meetings, conference calls, and team events; coordinate travel arrangements when needed
- Assist in organizing office-wide meetings and assist in office deliveries
- Work closely with facilities to manage office maintenance and vendor relationships
- Support the Deal Management team by assisting with report tracking, data entry, and vendor coordination
- Maintain logs, records, and internal communications to ensure smooth departmental workflow
- Handle ad hoc administrative projects and provide general support to leadership and staff
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent administrative experience
- 1-3 years of professional experience in office management, executive support, or coordination role
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel; Salesforce experience a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a proactive and resourceful approach
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000, plus discretionary performance-based bonus
