Location: Nampa, Idaho

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented, out of the box thinker, multi-tasker and customer-focused Production Assistant to support our production team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service. This role will involve assisting with daily production activities, coordinating schedules, and ensuring that client needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating production schedules and workflows.
- Maintain communication with clients to understand their needs and address inquiries.
- Support the production team by preparing material orders and organizing resources.
- Help maintain accurate records of production activities and client interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion and quality standards.
- Provide excellent customer service and foster positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, administrative, or production roles is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
