Ridgeway is looking for a Full-Time Admissions Coordinator to join our team! This is a key role in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where no two days are the same. If you're organized, people-focused, and thrive on juggling priorities, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate and manage the admissions process from referral to admission

• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, case managers, and other referral sources

• Verify insurance coverage and benefits

• Communicate effectively with families, residents, and interdisciplinary team members

• Accurately enter and manage information across multiple computer systems

• Multitask and prioritize efficiently in a high-volume setting

What We're Looking For:

• Strong computer skills and comfort navigating multiple systems

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Attention to detail and follow-through

• Admissions, healthcare, or insurance verification experience preferred (but not required)
