Job Description
Adult Outpatient Clinician
The Center for Counseling and Psychological Services (CCPS) at Washington County Mental Health Services (WCMHS) is seeking a licensed social worker, mental health clinician, or psychologist to join its outpatient program in Berlin and Barre. This position provides clinical services to adults and families across the lifespan, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns. The clinician will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including the Wellness Program, Trauma Treatment Program, and designated case management staff, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care. - Master’s degree and be license eligible.
- One year of experience providing therapy support and clinical services to adults and families.
- Experience in DBT and group therapy is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Have a collaborative approach, demonstrate understanding of trauma-informed practices, and be familiar with co-occurring substance use disorder treatment.
- Clean driving record and access to safe, reliable, and insured vehicle for work related travel required.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and productively with internal and external partners.
- Understanding of and commitment to advancing the WCMHS mission and supporting the provision of collaborative and inclusive mental health, development disability, and substance use services.
