As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will have the opportunity to work in one of our many in-park Food and Beverage locations throughout the park. Working as a Food & Beverage Attendant is the perfect way to gain valuable customer service, food preparation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.We are currently looking for a:
Adventureland Park - Food & Beverage Attendant (14/15yr old)Roles & Responsibilities:
Greetguests in a fun and inviting manner!
Smile and communicate with coworkers and gueststo ensure exceptional customer service
Assistguests by quickly and politely answering their questions
Prepare food following proper procedure and safety guidelines
ConductPOStransactions while ensuring all procedures are followed – including credit and refund transactions.
Ensure that all PCI and park guidelines arebeing followedfor all financial transactions.
Replenish condiments, beverages, and food supplies whilemaintaininga clean work area.
Maintain compliance with company and industry best practices, policies, and procedures to create a safe environment for colleagues and guests.
Monitor product quality and communicate shrinkage/waste to the lead and/or supervisor.
Assistin other areas of the park to ensure guest satisfaction, if needed

Language:Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English; Spanish or other bilingual language skills are a plus.
Requirements:
Must be at least14years of age tocomply withIowaChild Labor Laws
Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Musthave reliable transportation to and from your scheduled shift
Ability tocomply withall uniform policies
Mustpossesssafety-oriented mindset and understand the importance ofcomplying withall state, and local food preparation and serving regulations
Mustpossessexceptional customer service skills, with an ability to resolve questions, problems, issues, and concerns in a positive and professional manner
Ability to positively engage with guests to promote sales and customer satisfaction
Ability tofollow direction, multi-task, andwork as part of a team as well as independently
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, and remain on feet for majority of the workday
Ability to occasionally stoop, twist, kneel, bend, squat, or reach above shoulders
Ability to withstand heat and humidity from the food preparation equipment
Ability to carry, push, pull, lift, and hold objectsweighing 30pounds or more
Working Conditions:
This role will be basedinone or more food stall and/or restaurant locations throughout thetheme park and waterpark, with exposure to both indoor and outdoor environments
Frequent exposure tothe variableoutside temperatures, including high heat, cold, direct sun, humidity, dust, rain, snow, ice,and other weather conditions
Subject to constant repetitive motion, high noise levels, andheavily populated environments
