WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Welcomes each guest personally.
• Verifies the guest is a resident and checks the resident ID with Appfolio / Entrada and does not have more than one guest.
• Checks coolers, bags, and other items residents bring to the pool area.
• Works with Goat staff to ensure the pool area remains safe for all residents and guests.
• Upkeep of general pool and bathroom area - restocking supplies - aligning chairs -
• Help the Association Manager as needed.

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to stand and walk during entire shift, as well as continuously reach, bend, lift, carry, stoop, and wipe and occasionally lift over twenty-five (25) pounds. Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is going to be working outdoors during summer months only.
