We are looking for someone who has a passion to provide excellent customer service to our clients. If you are detail oriented, a hands-on learner, and enjoy helping people, this position would be a great fit for you. We offer specialized job training that will help you be successful in this position and advance your career in future roles with RPC.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Serve as relationship manager for an assigned group of clients

  • Use general retirement plan guidelines to assist clients with questions

  • Review and approve client forms

  • Assist in answering incoming calls as needed

  • Learn and complete plan documents, annual non-discrimination testing, IRS forms, and employer contribution calculations

  • Excellent customer service experience via phone and email

  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)

  • A desire to continue your education through professional designations within the retirement plan industry

  • Work closely with our client service and processing teams

Primary Skills & Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service experience via phone and email

  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)

  • A desire to continue your education through professional designations within the retirement plan industry

  • Experience in banking, investments or other financial related industries (preferred, not required)

  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience.

  • Experience in banking, investments or other financial related industries (preferred, not required)

  • Relevant work experience should include computer skills and customer service experience

Hours worked:

In this position you will work during our normal business hours 8AM - 5PM with a 1-hour lunch. January - March 15th overtime is required, during other times of the year overtime may vary depending on workload.
