The Boeing CompanyBoeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is seeking a Senior Security Manager (Level M) to support Air Dominance (AD) in Berkeley, MO.
Enterprise Classified Security (ECS) has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Industrial Security professional and people leader with an appetite to partner with the business, drive priorities/deliverables and focus on engagement to make an impact as the Senior Manager (Level M) supporting Air Dominance (AD) in St. Louis, Missouri.
Position Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the Government Security team supporting AD, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement. Provide on-going developmental feedback and recognize contributions of individuals and teams to improve employee satisfaction and retain a skilled and motivated workforce.
- Collaborate closely with the AD Vice President, General Manager (VPGM) to support vertical goals, influence business out comes and strategic direction.
- Partner with the Senior Leadership team to move strategic initiatives forward, while keeping a thoughtful focus on how team contributions fit into the larger departmental picture.
- Participate in business planning and decisions
- Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports.
- Develop and execute projects and process plans, implement and improve policies and procedures, set operational goals and monitor metrics to ensure productivity and accountability. Ensure work group products or processes meet customer, company, quality, industry, and regulatory requirements.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position requires an active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):
- Experience leading change management and process improvement activities
- Experience in leadership either formally or informally leading teams in a cross-functional environment
- 10+ years of experience working in one or a combination of the following domains: NISP, SAP and/or SCI
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree, equivalent work or military experience
- 5+ years of experience executing strategies and managing projects that promote customer service
- 5+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and linking Industrial Security strategies to business outcomes
- 10+ years of experience building relationships and partnering with all levels of employees, including executives
- 10+ years of experience communicating with internal and external customers
This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
Travel: Able and willing to travel up to 25% of the time domestically

Summary pay range:
Berkeley, MO $150,450 - $203,550
