Job Description

Compensation & Travel Support: Base Pay: $3,000 per month plus commission Employment Type: W9 / 1099 Independent Contractor

Position Summary Join a fast-growing luxury aesthetics and wellness brand as a Traveling Sales Manager. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in client-facing environments, enjoy traveling, and are passionate about beauty, confidence, and high-end service. You will support multiple spa locations across the U.S., helping elevate sales performance while delivering an exceptional client experience aligned with a premium brand image.

What You'll Handle

  • Engage spa guests and guide them through premium treatments and skincare options

  • Drive revenue through thoughtful upselling and cross-selling of services and packages

  • Collaborate with on-site teams such as estheticians, nurses, front desk staff, and local sales leadership

  • Support assigned spa locations based on business needs and performance goals

  • Maintain daily sales focus while adapting quickly to new teams and environments

  • Represent the brand with professionalism, confidence, and strong personal presence

Required Background

  • Experience in sales, client relations, or high-value service environments

  • Comfortable working toward daily and individual sales goals

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly

  • Willingness to travel and relocate temporarily as assignments change

  • Valid driver's license required

  • Comfortable and agreeable with W9 / 1099 status and responsible for own taxes
