Your Role:
As a Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining safety and security at one of our Seattle locations. You'll be responsible for protecting company assets, monitoring premises, and ensuring a secure environment for all.
Key Responsibilities:
Safeguard assets in the secured area
Enforce security policies fairly and professionally
Monitor facility access and ensure proper security procedures
Stay up to date on security best practices through training sessions
Maintain firearm certification (must qualify annually)
Prepare detailed reports and communicate effectively
Foster a welcoming and professional security presence
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or GED required (Criminal Justice degree a plus!)
Prior security experience (military or law enforcement background is a plus)
Firearm certification or ability to obtain within 90 days preferred
Strong communication skills and a passion for safety
