Role: HVAC Parts Specialist

As an HVAC Parts Specialist for the Long Island City office, you’ll be responsible for handling quotes and orders for customers, inventory, and account set up. You’ll be a liaison between manufacturers, customers and our Sales team. You’ll also get the opportunity to support our Warehouse team with Counter sales and customer interaction.  This is a great opportunity to join a growing company and get exposure to premium products, a great team and experts in the field.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of HVAC systems, equipment and parts 
  • Set up quotes for customer pricing.
  • Answers customer calls and identifies parts.
  • Team with the Sales department to address customer issues.
  • Respond to customer proposals via telephone and email.
  • Follow all company safety programs.
  • Support Counter Sales as needed 

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • HVAC proficiency or experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office programs is required.
  • Basic math and computer literacy.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Organizational skills.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 with flexibility depending on experience.
