Job Description

Nanny / On-Call Sitter – W2 Employee -Jovie of Boise

Location: Boise, Meridian, Eagle, and surrounding areas
Starting Pay: $14 per hour (with opportunity for increases based on experience and assignment type)
Job Type: Part-time, On-Call, Flexible
Schedule: Choose your availability – weekdays, evenings, weekends

What You’ll Do

Provide loving care to children from infancy through school-age
Follow each family’s routine and preferences while maintaining safety and fun
Engage children with activities, crafts, and playtime
Maintain clear communication with both parents and our Jovie team
Arrive on time and represent Jovie’s high standards for professionalism and care

Qualifications

At least 18 years old
Minimum of 1+ year of paid childcare experience (nanny, babysitting, daycare, teaching, etc.)
Reliable transportation to and from families' homes
CPR/First Aid certification (or willing to obtain after hiring)
Ability to pass a background check and provide professional references
Comfortable caring for children independently
Must have a smartphone and reliable internet access for scheduling and communication
