Job Description

We are currently seeking an Auto Appraiser - Desk Review insurance professional to perform timely and cost effective quality assurance audits. The Appraiser will be responsible for conducting quality assurance audits on CCC Open Shop estimates, Independent Appraiser (IA) appraisals, Diminution of Value assessments, and auto subrogation demands. Acts as a technical resource for claims staff and appraisal vendors, providing expertise and guidance on damage estimates and subrogation matters. Coordinates and manages dispatch assignments for vehicle inspections to ensure efficient claim processing.
Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough quality assurance audits of CCC Open Shop estimates, IA appraisals, Diminution of Value reports, and auto subrogation demands to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and technical resource for claims staff and appraisal vendors, addressing inquiries related to damage estimates and subrogation issues.
- Manage and assign dispatches for vehicle inspections, coordinating schedules with appraisers and vendors to optimize operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with claims adjusters, appraisers, and vendors to resolve discrepancies and facilitate timely claim resolution.
- Maintain detailed documentation of audits, communications, and dispatch activities.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend enhancements to audit and dispatch procedures.
- Provides oversite to damage assessments to control indemnity and expense cost
The selected candidate will work from our Sarasota, FL corporate office or our office in Lake Mary, FL. FCCI offers a hybrid environment for this position, and you will have the opportunity to work in the office 3 days per week and 2 days per week from your home.

The salary range for this position is $62,419-$96,126 annually. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
