Part-Time Behavior Technician (BT/RBT)
Sunflower Development Center – Raynham, MAMultidisciplinary
Sunflower Development Center is growing, and we’re looking for part-time Behavior Technicians who are energetic, reliable, and passionate about helping children thrive. We’re a warm, child-centered ABA program that values teamwork, high-quality clinical care, and a positive work environment.
What You’ll Do
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy for children ages 2–12 in our center-based, naturalistic, play-based environment
Follow treatment plans as written by your BCBA and collect accurate session data in Motivity
Support children in communication, social skills, play, daily living skills, and emotional regulation
Collaborate with your supervising BCBA to learn and grow clinically
Maintain professionalism, reliability, and kindness with families and team members
What We’re Looking For
A playful, patient, and motivated person who loves working with kids
Ability to follow behavior plans and be open to coaching and support
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliable attendance (we take consistency for our kids seriously!)
Experience in ABA is a plus but not required. We will train the right person
RBT certification is welcome but not necessary
Schedule
Part-time (10–25 hours/week) depending on availability
Afternoon hours
