About the Role

As Agency Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of agency operations—from caregiver management and client services to compliance, business development, and financial performance. This is a hands-on leadership position ideal for someone who is not only strategic but also ready to roll up their sleeves to achieve success.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Operations

  • Direct daily operations, ensuring seamless coordination across scheduling, staffing, and compliance
  • Lead and mentor a team of Care Managers, Scheduling Coordinators, and Caregivers
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to improve outcomes
  • Uphold all Caring Senior Service standards and regulatory requirements

Client & Caregiver Relations

  • Ensure all client consultations and service plans meet GreatCare® standards
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients through proactive communication
  • Oversee caregiver recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
  • Foster a positive, accountable, and compassionate team culture

Business Development & Marketing

  • Represent the agency in the community, building referral relationships with hospitals, senior living facilities, and healthcare providers
  • Collaborate on local marketing and outreach efforts
  • Identify new business opportunities to expand service offerings and market reach

Financial Management & Compliance

  • Assist with annual budgeting and monitor financial performance
  • Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and internal auditing
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of leadership experience in home care, healthcare, or senior living
  • Knowledge of Texas home care regulations
  • Proven success in staff management, client service, and business operations
  • Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to grow a business
  • Genuine passion for serving seniors and their families
