AI Software Engineer - Fully Cleared

You will extend enterprise identity and access management services for agentic AI workflows. This role strengthens Intelliforce core competencies across secure integration, full stack engineering, and modernization. Your work enables compliant, verifiable access controls for AI driven systems operating in classified environments. Here’s What Your Day-to-Day Might Include

• Design and implement ICAM extensions for agentic AI workflows
• Build full stack features using Java, Spring Boot, ReactJS, and REST services
• Prototype and deliver scalable security solutions aligned to enterprise architecture
• Implement access control and security mechanisms for AI agent interactions
• Collaborate with system engineers and development teams across programs
• Support containerized deployments and cloud ready services
• Develop and maintain services in Linux environments
• Use version control, build tools, and team collaboration platforms
• Document designs, decisions, and implementation details

Minimum Qualifications

Clearance: Top Secret Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph (must be active). We do not have the ability to sponsor clearances.Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen. We cannot sponsor visas.

• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• 4 years of Software Engineering experience may be substituted for the degree for a total of 9 years
• 2 years of work experience in the SIGINT, IA, or IT domains

Required Skills

• Java and Spring Boot development
• REST service design using JSON
• Full stack development across front end and back end
• ReactJS experience
• Containerization and cloud infrastructure familiarity
• Linux development and bash scripting
• Version control and build tools
• Jira and Confluence collaboration

Desired Skills

• PKI encryption and authentication protocols
• Agentic workflow architectures, AI agents, and MCP servers
• Python development experience
• Experience with agentic AI frameworks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Compensation Range: $150,000.00 - $198,000.00 *The salary range provided reflects an estimate based on current market trends and may be adjusted based on factors such as the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications. The final offer will be tailored after a thorough evaluation of the candidate’s background and suitability for the role.
